More Crap from Michele Bachmann - This is Almost Funny

Here is another example of how .....I don't have a word for it.......I will go with.......STUPID Michele Bachmann is. Read my comments after the video.



"I believe in equal protection under the law" is the first thing out of her mouth yet everything after is the opposite.

Equal protection under the law means free from discrimination for everyone. This includes LGBT people and  their families as well as the LGBT and str8 kids needing homes.

I do hate to repeat myself but in case some of you still do not understand I will make this as simple as possible.

If the law demands equal protection and anti-discrimination then the money from the taxpayers, which include LGBT taxes, CAN NOT BE USED TO DISCRIMINATE.

The discriminating parties have the right to support, defend, and practice how they feel about any issue but if they live in a state that supports equality, they can not accept public funds or discriminate against customers in a public business.

They are free to stand on any public street corner and speak their "truth". They are free to preach anything they want anywhere. The gang at the Westboro Baptist Church (WBC) are proof of their freedom of speech. They just can NOT use government money to discriminate against ANYBODY.

"activist judges acting outside the original intent of the Constitution are so very dangerous to the foundation of the country."  Ignore the buzz words "activist judges" because it is not relevant and used to demonize those judges who have upheld the  "original intent of the Constitution".  The first sentence of the Preamble to the Constitution makes equality clear.

"We hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equal"

The 14th amendment, section 1 reads;  All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

If the law states you can not discriminate then you can't.

"Who has the right to make those rules?" Yes, Michele, the President, Congress, and Senate do make the laws. Do you honestly think they will change their minds about Equality vs Discrimination just because of your personal beliefs about LGBTs?

She is as bad or worse than Palin. At least Palin was easier on the eyes.
